Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g. customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons).

Lost or Stolen Packages

SANG CHAUD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
